I agree with Mike when he said it takes more then what you think to perform a certain job. I believe that the same goes for even performing other tasks that aren't related to actual jobs. A lot of skills require more coordination and thinking than what you think it would. Everyday we make decisions that require us to consciously and unconsciously make judgements to proceed with life. We don't usually think about them but it is actually incredible once you do. Somehow we are able to make decisions on the fly and live and go through life.


One thing that stood out to me in the Freshman Year reading was when the author talked about how the College tries to force community and diversity into your life. It stood out to me because thats kind of how it felt at Bloomsburg too. As soon as you move in, you must go to this seminars and classes that talk about how you should get involved and join the BU community. It feels like you have no choice and are forced to join a community you pretty much know nothing about and don't know anybody in either.
